Where we deliver and what checkout shows

This US store presents the delivery methods, charges and any applicable tax for an eligible address at checkout. Enter a complete address and review the displayed total before submitting the order.

Preparation before dispatch

After payment authorization succeeds, order preparation ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. This handling period is separate from carrier travel and may be affected by address review or a payment check.

Travel and tracking

Once dispatched, estimated carrier travel is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking can take time to record its first scan.

When a parcel needs attention

Email rexivihoco892@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking reference if scans stop, the parcel appears delivered but cannot be located, or packaging arrives damaged. Keep packaging and useful photos while the carrier issue is reviewed.
